  • You will provide accurate information when creating an account or placing orders.

3. Products and Custom Orders

3.1 Customized Stamps

Most products sold on MyStamp.LK are custom-made based on the design/text you provide.

Please ensure the information you submit is accurate.
We are not responsible for errors in:

  • Spelling
  • Design quality
  • Uploaded images
  • Incorrect sizes or models selected

3.2 Design Approval

If a preview or final design is shared with you, approval is required before production begins.
Once production starts, changes cannot be made.

4. Pricing & Payments

4.1 Pricing

All prices listed on the site are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
Prices may change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept online payments through trusted payment gateways such as:

  • PayHere
  • WebXPay
  • PayPal
  • Card payments (Visa/Master)
  • Bank payment processors

We never store credit/debit card details.

5. Order Processing & Delivery

5.1 Processing Time

Most custom orders are completed within 1–3 working days, depending on workload and complexity.

5.2 Delivery

We deliver via trusted courier services across Sri Lanka.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Delays caused by courier companies are outside our control.

5.3 Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

If the customer provides incorrect shipping details, any additional courier fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

6.1 Order Cancellation

  • ✅ Before production starts → Full refund
  • ❌ After production starts → Cancellations are not accepted

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made products cannot be returned, except in the case of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Production errors
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damage during delivery

6.3 Replacement or Refund

If eligible, we will offer:

  • A free replacement or
  • A full refund

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide evidence (photos/videos).

6.4 No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Customer-submitted design errors
  • Low-quality artwork uploaded by customer
  • Minor color or size variations
  • Delay caused by courier services
  • Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason

7. Account Registration

When creating an account, you must provide accurate information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

We may suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on MyStamp.LK—including images, product descriptions, logos, and website design—is the property of MyStamp.LK.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Redistribute
  • Use for commercial purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyStamp.LK is not liable for:

  • Losses caused by courier delays
  • Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Customer data loss due to incorrect inputs
  • Damage caused by misuse of products

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

10. Third-Party Services

We use third-party tools such as:

  • Payment gateways
  • Analytics services
  • Courier partners
  • WooCommerce plugins

These services have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for their actions or failures.

11. Privacy
