This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Custom-Made Products (Non-Returnable)
Most products sold at MyStamp.LK are custom-made based on the design, text, and details you provide.
✅ Because these items are personalized, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Design errors supplied by the customer
- Incorrect text or spelling submitted in the order
- Incorrect size/type chosen by the customer
Please double-check your artwork, spelling, and product specifications before confirming your order.
2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
We will offer a free replacement or full refund ONLY under the following conditions:
✅ Manufacturing defects, such as:
- Stamp does not match the approved design
- Incorrect size or model produced
- Ink issues directly caused by manufacturing
- Damaged or defective product upon delivery
✅ Order processing errors, such as:
- We produced the wrong stamp design
- Wrong name, layout, or text due to our mistake
- Wrong product type delivered
✅ Delivery damage
If the product is damaged during courier delivery, we will replace the item after verifying evidence.
(Photos of the damaged parcel/product must be provided within 48 hours.)
3. Return Process
If you believe your product qualifies for a return or replacement:
- Email us at info@mystamp.lk within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Include the following details:
- Order number
- Your full name
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos/videos of the defect or wrong item
- Our team will review the request and respond within 1–3 working days.
If the issue is approved, we will:
✅ Replace the item free of charge, OR
✅ Provide a full refund via the original payment method
(We may request you to return the defective item for inspection, depending on the situation.)
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Customer-provided design errors
- Incorrect image quality (if a low-resolution design was submitted)
- Slight variations in color depending on screens or lighting
- Delay caused by courier companies (outside our control)
- Refusal to accept the parcel without reason
5. Order Cancellation
✅ Before Production:
You may cancel your order before production has started.
A full refund will be issued.
❌ After Production:
Once production has begun, cancellations are not allowed, as the product is custom-made.
6. Shipping & Return Costs
- If the mistake is ours, we cover all courier charges.
- If the return is not due to our mistake, the customer must bear courier charges (if applicable).
