Company Overview: MyStamp.lk is a distinguished manufacturer of rubber seals and stamps located in Mawaramandiya, Kadawatha, Sri Lanka. We specialize in producing high-quality custom rubber stamps tailored to meet the specific needs of businesses and individuals nationwide.

Position: Sales Assistant

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Job Type: Commission-based

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Communication:
    • Engage with potential customers who inquire via Whatsapp, Facebook, and other communication channels.
    • Understand customer requirements for rubber seals and stamps.
    • Guide customers through our product offerings and customization options.
  2. Order Management:
    • Process orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of stamps.
    • Update customers on the status of their orders and manage expectations.
  3. Design Coordination:
    • Collaborate with graphic designers to create or modify stamp designs based on customer requests.
    • Ensure that designs are finalized and approved by customers promptly.
  4. Customer Support:
    • Address any concerns or complaints from customers professionally and promptly.
    • Provide solutions or escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Sales and Commission:
    • Achieve sales targets set by the company.
    • Earn commission based on successful sales; 10% commission on each completed sale.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
  6. Training and Qualifications:
    • The first 2 months will be considered a training period.
    • Applicants must have 3 S passes from GCE A level or equivalent qualifications.
  7. Additional Benefits:

    • Access to internet and call facilities to support job responsibilities effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with graphic design concepts is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

  • Commission-based: Earn 10% commission on each successful sale.
  • Additional incentives based on performance and targets achieved.
